Q: What is my username and password?

A: Your sign-in credentials are the same as those you use to sign in to ULI’s websites. If you have forgotten your password, click here. If you need assistance or forgot the email associated with your account, please contact customerservice@uli.org.

Q: How do I update my member profile information? A: You can find your profile page at members.uli.org/myprofile. On your profile page: to edit existing information, please select the pencil icon; to add new information, select the “Add” button.
Q: I’m having trouble updating my profile or accessing the Member Directory. Who can help? A: Access to the Member Directory is an exclusive benefit reserved for ULI members.For assistance, please contact customerservice@uli.org.
Q: How do I find other members? A: Search for fellow members under the “Member Directory” tab. You can search by Name, Company Name, Location, District/National Councils, Product Council, Professional Role,  Areas of Interest, Expertise, and more.
Q: I’m looking for a fellow member, but I don’t know his/her full name. How do I search for them? A: For fields such as First Name, Last Name, Company Name, etc., you may enter part of the name to complete your search. For example, "R" will find everyone whose name starts with "R".
Q: How do I provide feedback on the new Member Directory’s functionality or design? A: Let us know how we can make the Member Directory even better, by contacting us at listening@uli.org.
Q: Looking for a ULI staff member? A: The Member Directory contains all ULI members across the globe. To find ULI staff, please search our Staff Directory or check your local District Council site.
